日本の市民目線として。
東京裁判やその周辺について、ある時期まで（1950～2000年）は国内の情報と意見を中心として説明されてきた印象がある。
しかしインターネットの進展によって、海外の情報、また違う視点から見た意見も重要であることが、分かってきた。

From the point of view of the Japanese ordinary citizens.
I have the impression that explanations of the Tokyo trial and its surroundings were centered on domestic information and opinions in past (about 1950-2000).
However, with the development of the Internet, it has become clear that both "information from overseas" and "opinions from different perspectives" are also important.

おそらく「東京裁判」のあるべき本当の名前は「XX裁判（または法廷）」ではない。”歴史上の固有名詞”と”現在の視点からみた呼び方”を分け、継続して考えることが必要と思われる。（2205_PR01）
その実行のためには、政治的には不偏な姿勢、いろいろな意見のある個所を「勉強・学習」の重要性、という２点を仮定した。

昭和の世代の人間（＝このサイトの企画メンバー）は、学生時代において、東京裁判やその周辺について「勉強・学習」が提供されていない世代。（敗戦国だったので意見が分かれて扱いづらかったと推測できる）
それゆえ、中学生まで頭を戻して「情報まとめや質問の整理」を扱うのは理に適うとした。
